Virginia Barreto Executive Creative Director
Throughout her fifteen years in advertising, Barreto has been responsible for developing, budgeting and producing campaigns and promotional materials ranging from in-house corporate communications, including newsletters and promotional videos, to national television commercials, webisodes, internet websites, POP and trade show displays and other promotional environments.
She has worked with some of the world's top advertising agencies, including BBDO, Leo Burnett, Grey Advertising, Y&R, DraftFCB, DDB Needham, among others. As Executive Producer, she produced national campaigns for clients such as Clorox, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, American Honda, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Blue Cross, Pepsi Cola, McDonald's and many others. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Barreto has also worked with top Hispanic advertisers including Budweiser, Coors, Nestlé's, Tylenol, and PacBell in helping them target Hispanic consumers.
As Executive Creative Director of Choppe Advertising, Barreto is responsible for leading the creative team in the conceptualization, design and implementation of campaigns for clients. Together they oversee the development of the creative process, methodology, deliverables and budget, building the optimum structure to best meet the clients' advertising needs and expectations. .
